I posted in 2/2/22 and got a response from brad that I should fill out a form and will be assigned a case number. I did that and then he froze that conversation. However, I did not get a case number or response. Please advise.

Hello,
I have a WIRED nest doorbell that has been out for just about 1 year and it is peeling and cracking terribly. It looks bad. I do not live by the ocean and have no idea what is causing this. I am quite upset and would like a refund or a replacement wired doorbell that does not crack.

These forums are not the place for direct support. We do not process Replacements in these forums. This would be why I asked you to fill out the form, which creates a case for you and Support will reach out to you, or you are welcome to reach out to them first with that number.
