Nest Doorbell warranty black hole

I have now submitted 2 warranty claims for my nest doorbell that is still under warranty. But I never get a reply. "We'll be in touch if we need more info" - i'd like to think they'd want to know what my problem is at the very least before ignoring me

Hi Lance. I never got a case ID or a reply. I did take evidence of me submitting the claim though, screenshots etc.
