Nest Doorbell will not Charge

I have had my doorbell for about 4 months.  It charged to 100% the first time out of the box.  The charge did not last half as long as my back door doorbell.  I charged it again with no problems.  It did not last near as long.  This time it will not even start to charge.  I have tried both chords that came with my 2-pack.   I filled out the warranty form, but have had zero response.
