Nest Doorbell (wired) is not Working

Hi, I have followed every troubleshooting step I have found on this website and none of them have worked.

The doorbell is not restarting even though I have turned the power off and on again. In the beginning, it gave me a blue light, however couldn't find any network. After a few attempts, it even stopped giving me any light. only the green status light flashes and that's all. and there is no definition for this blinking green status light anywhere. 

I have rebooted all the wifi routers and Bluetooth, tried connecting it to a laptop, taken it out side by side with the wifi router, and changed the bell transformer to 24V but nothing has worked. 

I also tried to find a warranty or replacement option on this web page again hard to find one. 

So, I,m open for any recommendation.

Thank you. I already reached out to your chat support and tried to explain the same issues over and over again. Unfortunately, his capability of understanding my issue was very nil. We couldnt even passed the troubleshooting stage which I already completed a few times and he kept recommend the same thing which is a factory reset. How unfortunate, it is not working.

If you're within the 1-year warranty period, you have to start with the Support link to get your doorbell replaced.

Sometimes a Google Nest Support Specialist will respond to a post here and ask you to fill out a "form" to determine whether they'll give you a replacement.

I'm just another Google Nest customer, and so cannot initiate a replacement.

thanks for your help. I think all specialists are still in their holiday period and based on my previous experience I dont think they are willing to help on this. I already dismantle the doorbell which I dont recommend to use.
