Nest Doorbell wired

I installed my nest doorbell wired version and for about half an hour the video quality was top-notch after a Wi-Fi reset now my video quality is very poor and blotchy anybody have any recommendations what went wrong

I apologize for the late reply. Do you still need help with this? I would recommend to make sure that your video quality option in the settings is set correctly. You can check this article on Nest camera or doorbell settings for steps.

Hello. My situation was escalated and was suspose to hear back withing 48 hours. Never heard back. And now it's says I'm being charged
