Nest Doorbell wireless not working

For the last 2 weeks, my wireless Nest Doorbell has shown "live view unavailable". I've reset the doorbell a few times and recently deleted & reinstalled the doorbell.  I also added a wifi point nearby to increase the signal strength.  My frustration is growing.  Any suggestions?

I'm in the same boat as you horrible loading times and when I try to speak using the talk and listen it freezes.

I have cheaper cameras that work more in real time than Google Battery doorbell and outdoor camera and the video quality is so trash. 

Google should fix this but they will just come out with a new product that will have the same issues.

  • How far is the doorbell from the router?

  • What Wi-Fi frequency band are you trying to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?
  • What is the status of the LED light?
