Nest Doorbell

Hello,

My Nest Doorbell was working well for a few months. A few days ago it got disconnected (offline) by itself. Now it does not connect to the wifi anymore. It keeps telling me something went wrong. I have tried several times. I even factory-reset the device and as soon as I enter the wifi information, it loads for several minutes and it comes back with “something went wrong. I need help as I think the wifi mechanism is broken inside. I reset the modem etc and nothing.

Sorry to hear about your experience with the Nest Doorbell. Let's get this sorted out.

 

A few questions — what type of Nest Doorbell do you have? Are you using the provided chime connector? What is the color of the LED lights on it?
