I have used the camera for several months and all of a sudden it is no longer working.
It keeps clicking with the red lights as if it is going to night mode.. it won't stop!
I tried reseting it however it won't go to yellow and do a factory reset.. it goes to white then goes to green. I held it down for 5, 10, 12, 15, 30seconds and nothing works.
I tried to add it back as a new device and it says adding new device then connecting, then something went wrong..
Any ideas?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. Have you made any changes to your Wi-Fi connection, or changed any router settings? This could definitely affect your camera's connectivity and functionality.
