Got it, thanks for trying. Let’s sort this out — a few questions: is your phone on speaker phone when you use the talk and listen tone feature? Is there a radio frequency emitting device near your Nest Camera with Floodlight? When did the issue start? Do you have an Android or iPhone? Also, do you have another phone or tablet to try it on?
