Nest Hello Doorbell microphone not working anymore

Hello,

As many of you after a few years of impeccable work, my microphone pn the next hello stopped working. I hear only noise, and no more voice.

I restarted / enabled / disabled the microphone, it is more like if it is a hardware failure.

We have three Nest Hello Doorbells. That doesn't sound good.

As a last resort, you could try a factory reset:

I was merely noting that we have three Google Nest Hello Doorbells in our home.  Ours are not doing that, so I was just noting that what you're encountering wasn't good, and perhaps you could try a factory reset (not a "restart").  Nothing more.  Good luck.

h, I see sorry I misunderstand.

Thanks I have done the reset but it did not fix it. 

It has been working for 3 + years, so I guess it is a hardware problem. Any chance to replace the microphone ?

Anyone has an ideas ?
