Hi,
I got a notification saying my Nest Hello had gone offline and when I looked, it was offline for around 20mins. There are also multiple times throughout the day where there are no recordings and it says, “No events detected”.
I’m on the Nest Aware Plus plan with 24/7 recording.
Has anyone else’s been playing up?

Same thing happens to me. Missing 25 mins at a crucial time when i needed it most. WTF?

I’ve had the ‘no event’ issue happen again on Saturday and Monday. Does yours do it regularly. I’ve not noticed it before now.

Yes, I have random gaps every day. I'm only on the nest aware 30 day plan. Ive checked the settings several times. Not sure whats going on. Have to look into WiFi dropping out. Not sure what else it would be.

The 30 day plan will only keep video playback for events. So if there was no movement, sound, etc. the recordings aren’t saved. The 24/7 plan is different and should keep recordings 24hrs a day (for a ltd time).

Yes, unfortunately it looks like I'll have to upgrade my subscription. I'll continue to monitor to see if gaps occur after upgrading.
