I had 2 nest IQ outdoor cameras just stop working after a few years and the company's response after them draging out email after email after email asking me to take pictures and videos then to tell me sorry you just wasted $800plus. DONT BUY THEIR CAMERAS THEY ARE HORRIBLE........ BUY RING THEY LAST LONGER

I'm sorry to hear yours failed. Our oldest Google Nest Outdoor Cameras are 46 months old and 44 months old and still running in Minnesota, USA weather. I don't know whether having them mounted under an overhang or a camera shade helps.

There will be no future with me and Google nest, I will be switching to another company, one that will stand behind their product. Not one that lies and says how sorry they are and they promise to learn from me wasting over 800 dollars. But you look in these feeds and all you see are quality issues and everyone gets the same lies.
