Resolved! Nest Doorbell Not Viewable on PC

I just installed my nest doorbell (battery) and configured it with the trial for Nest Aware. I see the camera on the Home app but not on home.nest.com. On home.nest.com, I only see my existing thermostat.Thank you for reading and helping if you can.

Resolved! What do you mean it stops at -20C?

Super disappointing, the camera should be illegal to sell here. If it stops working at -20c, how can you justify it? It's -20 almost every night for the next 4 months. What am I supposed to do?
