Nest doorbell - chime themes are missing

Hello - I recently purchased and installed my best doorbell directly from Google, following a recommendation of a friend. I've searched online and found nothing, but the seasonable chime themes are missing in my nest doorbell options in the nest app. Has anyone come across this before and found a work around?

I know the difference between me and my friend is the software version of the doorbell - which I can't auto update. Any help would be appreciated!

Maybe give it a few days to auto update. I’m on 4110054 and the chimes are visible.

Yeah you're on the same as a friend of mine whose got them. For some reason I'm on 409 which I think is root cause. Spoke to Google support who've advised me to try a factory reset, removing the device from my nest account before readding it. I'll try that when I get chance. It's just a shame there's no way to force an update otherwise.

Yeah same issue, but I haven't completed the factory reset as suggested by supported when I queried this.

I assume it'll be a factory reset for this below me too unfortunately.

I am sorry to hear that some of you are still having issues with your chime themes not be able to be changed at the moment. Just checking in to see if you still need assistance with this issue. I would suggest that you restart the device using the pin hole in the back, if you haven't already.

I'm on 411054. Switched to Christmas theme. Now the theme selector is gone and I can't switch it back.

Exactly the same problem here. Same version, also changed to christmas theme, can´t change it back cause the option dissapeared.

Mine didn’t have the issue but has anyone tried a restart? Not a factory reset. Just a regular restart using the pin hole in the back.
