Camera took a fall

Hi Folks. Camera took a fall from its magnetic mount...wind blew it off. It is now now streaming any pic and no lights on the camera. Any ideas how to resurrect it? Thanks.

You may want to try and factory reset it. If that doesn't help see the link for Contact Us at the bottom of this page:

Thanks Jill for the reply. Spent 30 minutes with a customer service agent to no avail. Looks like it is a hardware issue. Damaged after the magnetic mount failed. Crazy design.

Ugh sorry to hear that. I have a few outdoor Nest cameras and that magnet is strong. Your winds must've been wild! It never crossed my mind that it could fail like that.
