Nest Migration to google home app

Hi there, 

I migrated my Nest account to google about a year ago. I have now purchased additional cameras (Nest cam battery) and it is saying my nest account is not linked but I have signed in with Google on the nest app and Google home app. Just wondering if there is something more I should be doing to fix this problem.

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help. 

I understand that migration issues with the app can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help. 

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

hi there, I am still experiencing it. I have tried everything google technical support has offered with no luck. My google nest account is not connecting to my google home account. (Despite using the same email, both my google email.) I am unable to hook up new cameras because of this.

Also, what error messages are you getting when you try to log in?
