Nest Outdoor Camera Battery only lasts 2 weeks

I have asked Google for a replacement.  One Camera get 1-2 months, while another get 1-2 weeks on the same activity.  What now?

Hello,

 

I have two battery cameras.  One lasts 4-6 weeks, the other 1-2 weeks.  Same area of monitoring.  I first contacted Google and a update was done and I was told that if there were more issues to contact google again for replacement.  When I did, i was told there was nothing that could be done.  the unit is less than 1 year old.  I would like to explore a warranty claim.
