The lens cover on one of our Nest Cam Outdoor fell off. Where can I get a replacement. The camera is no longer under warranty.

I did receive a standard request for additional information. I provided the info (serial number, etc.) and then nothing. Yesterday I received the exact same request for information. Clearly there is a gap in support responding. Let me know if you find any other solutions.
