We have many nest products in both our home and cottage. This summer whenever we lost power at the cottage, one of the cameras would not turn back on. We would have to unplug it, wait about 20 seconds and then plug it back in. That's fine when we are there, but not when we are 100 miles away at our home. We ended up getting this bad camera replaced from Best Buy. Now another camera at the cottage has the same issue. Today we lost power for 10-15 minutes and everything turned on and came back on line except the one camera. Will Google send me a replacement? It's a pain to have to go out and buy a new one and then bring the bad one back to Home Depot or Best Buy hoping they won't hassle me for a credit. The other issue is the wired outdoor cameras that work with the Nest app are discontinued and getting harder to find. I have no desire to switch to the new camera and be forced to leave the nest app because of the new camera. Please advise on what can be done

I need a technician to come out and help me get my backyard camera turned on online and also do the recording
