Nest Outdoor camera link sharing

I recently bought a Google Nest Cam outdoor/battery model G3AL9.

I want to share a link for this camera LIVE FEED to others outside my home.  

DOES NOT WORK: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9227530

says manage link w/i the app but the Google Home app (Android) does not have that option.

What am I missing?

Sharing a link to a camera feed is one of many features that is NOT available for 2nd gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells that work only in the Google Home app, as we discovered when we bought a 2nd gen battery camera in Sept. 2021.:
