I have a Nest Outdoor Cam hooked up to power. I have the nest aware subscription to cover all cameras I don't see how the new camera to record 24/7?
I have the older outdoor cameras and they work just fine. They were set up a couple years ago under the old Nest app. Now that google has taken over it seems to complicated? How do you connect the new Nest Camera Outdoor to the subscription? We just missed someone stealing our pool thermometer?

I'm guessing that when you say you have a "new Nest Camera Outdoor...hooked up to power" you actually have the Google Nest Camera (Battery) (also called "Nest Cam [outdoor or indoor, battery]") plugged in with the optional power cable, since Google Nest no longer sells an outdoor camera as such. (That's the camera we have, in addition to older cameras.) If your camera is in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your Nest Aware Plus subscription and your older cameras and you are using the same Google Account to log into your Google Nest app and your Google Home app, then your new battery camera should automatically be included in your subscription. If you go to Settings | Video | Video history for your camera in the Google Home app, which option is checked? It should be "60-day event and 10-day 24/7 video history".

Today there is no longer an option for viewing 24/7 history on the app

If you are referring to viewing 24/7 history in the new version of the Google Home app that is in the process of being rolled out selectively to all of us, you now view 24/7 history by scrolling vertically through the timeline that displays below the live camera feed. This depends, of course, on having a Nest Aware Plus subscription.
