Nest (Wired) Hello Buzzing Noise/Phantom Movement

I just installed a nest hello and I'm getting a consistent buzzing noise as well as movement from the chime. It looks like I'm running 16V 10VA transformer and everywhere I read (including the installation instructions) said it was compatible. Everything works great in my eyes, the blue light turned on right away, the doorbell rings as it did before and our side/rear door rings normally as well. I just get this buzzing noise and phantom movement inside the box. As if someone hits the bell but no noise occurs officially.

I haven't put the cover over it yet as the puck doesn't fit in it so I order a new one to see.

Here's a clip of it; https://imgur.com/pjsnwal

Is it my wiring that is messed up or something I'm not seeing? Thanks for your time.

Hey

I have exact same issue as above. I’m not sure how to address it? There is a constant buzzing emanating from the chime and occasionally the chime rings and there is no one at the door.
Thanks in advance.

Hey there,

Sounds like there may be some power issues. I would use a multimeter and check out the levels. Either that, or its malfunctioning and may need to be replaced. If a replacement is how you want to go, fill out this form and support will contact you.

Best regards,

Brad.
