Nest app on 2 iphones

I have the Nest app on my iphone 12 which runs fine but my wife upgraded to a iphone 14 and her Nest app will not show the outdoor cam of the doorbell cam images. Any ideas?

Has she tried deleting and reinstalling the Google Nest app?  Is she logging into the Google Nest app with the same Google Account she was using before?

Thanks for reaching out. Let’s see what’s going on — could you check if she’s viewing the right home structure her Nest camera and doorbell are connected to?

Here’s how to check if she has more than one home structure:

1. At the top left corner of your Nest app home screen, tap Menu .
2. Tap the home you want to switch to.
3. You’ll be taken back to the app home screen where you can find the Nest products you have in the home you’ve selected.
