Nest aware not working on the newest camera that I purchased

I have eight cameras. The last one that I purchased is not allowing me to use Nest aware 24/7 video history. My older cameras all work on the nest app and obviously the new camera is not compatible with the Nest app. I can see all my cameras on Google Home but Nest Aware 24/7 video history is not working on this app for any of the cameras. However, it does work on my seven older cameras on the Nest app. How do I get 24/7 to work on my new camera and is there any way to have all my cameras history work on the Google app? Is there any way to get in touch with customer service or just throw everything away and go to a new product?

A Nest Aware Plus subscription works on ALL cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure". However, history for our older cameras and doorbells is still viewed ONLY in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website, whereas history for the newer cameras and doorbells released starting in Sept. 2021 is viewed ONLY in the Google Home app.

Video history in the Nest app:

Video history in the Google Home app:

We've had to use both apps ever since we bought a battery camera in Sept. 2021.

Hi Jondres,

We appreciate you for posting here your thoughts and ideas however, we don't have any news to share about applying these features to the Nest app or Google Home app. We're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take it as feedback. I'd suggest you send feedback using this link to let the Google Engineering team know about your concern. While they won't respond directly back to you, this is the best way to let them know about this. Please let me know if you have other questions or concerns.

Regards,
Emerson
