Nest doorbell recently ran out of battery.
I dismounted it and connected it to charge but nothing happened.
It does not charge or turn on.
Is this an internal battery failure?
If so, is this covered under warranty?

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. When did it start happening? What's the status light of your doorbell? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this?
