Nest battery doorbell not connecting

My nest doorbell is not connecting to joining devise

Thanks for reaching out. Let’s see what’s going on — what’s the status light of your doorbell? How far is the assisting device from the doorbell? What type of assisting device is in question? Also, could you remove the assisting device first, then add the doorbell?
