Nest battery not charging, turning on or resetting

My google nest battery doorbell won’t charge. I’ve tried to hold the reset for 5 seconds and also tried to factory reset and nothing is working. No light comes on. I have cleaned out any debris from the charging port. The charger is fine as I am using it for other devices. 

Feels like the internal battery is completely dead. Can someone help please?
