Having trouble creating a clip on nest.home.com. Can choose create clip no problem and go to video I want to save, but when I try to adjust the blue bar at the bottom it won’t let me choose the length of the clip. It will only stay at a 10 second section of the clip. I can use this function no problem on other cameras. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I don't know why you would encounter this in the Google Nest app, but have you tried using the home.nest.com website?

This was on home.nest.com. Tried on both mobile devices and computer.

That would be great. All other cameras no problems. It’s the only indoor camera I have, but for some reason won’t work. And unfortunately I need it for the police for an incident that happened out front of my house. So kind of important 😬
