Nest cam indoor wired 2nd generation

I have a new nest cam indoor wited 2nd generation camera I I can’t get it to show up in my nest app with my other cameras. It only shows on google home. Why?

Google Nest decided that its new cameras and doorbells released starting in the fall of 2021 would work ONLY in the Google Home app and NOT in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website.  We've been using 2 apps for over a year since getting a new battery camera last year.

However, there is a "preview" website, home.google.com, where you can see live-streaming from all of your cameras.

Google Nest's oft-stated reason for this is: "The new Nest cameras and doorbells are exclusive to the home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays."

this sucks, i just bought it and the doorbell is label nest doorbell, and the google hope app sucks, its mess all over, cant find anything, worst review for this product

You have to use the Google home app. The best app won’t work anymore.
