I need a replacement magnetic base for one of my nest cam outdoor. It is NOT under warranty but I would like to PURCHASE one. Please advise. All of the threads I have read all claim that google won’t sell you one because the product isn’t under warranty. That’s absurd. I can understand if they won’t replace it for free, but not selling one is ridiculous. I will absolutely take my business to another company who takes better care of their customer relations. No one is asking for free parts. Simply to PURCHASE replacement parts. One thread has a google employee named “BRAD” who claims to help resolve this issue but I can message him or reply to his thread. Please contact me

I actually was granted a one time exception and they shipped me a whole new mounting kit including the magnetic mount. Should be delivered tomorrow. Thank you for checking on me

Unfortunately spare parts for the Nest devices are not readily available. You can try contacting support but almost every time people report back that support wasn’t able to send parts.
