Nest camera 2nd generation

The Google App comes up then closes.  I redownloaded it, restarted my wifi, restarted my phone, unplugged camera (camera turns on lights work and also shows on my wifi)…when I downloaded the Google home app again it just does the same thing.

Hmmmm, that is very odd.  I'm going to escalate this and see if we can get you some help directly from Google.  Let us know here what they do to get it going again.

3. What is the Operating System version?
4. What is the mobile app version?
5. Who is your service provider?
6. Does the issue happen often?
7. Have you tried using other devices?
