Nest camera and doorbell notification problems and automatisation issues Google Home App iPhone.

We have owned nest cam and the doorbells for some time and never encountered this issue until few days ago. We haven’t changed any settings.I have the google home app set up for both me and my partner to use iPhone the location as always. The push notifications from the cameras and the doorbells are supposed to only come to the iPhone when we are away from home as determined by the app using phone location services. However, now I keep getting notifications even when I am home even though the settings in Nest clearly state to only send notifications when No one’s home, neither me or my partner. This problem is very annoying as we keep getting inundated with unnecessary notifications all day when we are just moving around the house, while it’s supposed to only alert us to movement happening when we are not home. Has anyone else faced this issue and is there a recommended fix? I checked all the settings for all the cameras and doorbells, they all are correct and should only induce notifications when we both are absent. I even tried to reinitialise every setting. Further: I have set two indoor cameras to be turned on, when both of us are absent and turned off both, when either of us arrives at home! They are set this way within the automatisation settings in the google home app. This has been working fine until a few days ago and also there, no settings were changed. But now, we both leave the house together and maybe one camera turns on, but not both, and we both come home together or one of us, and the cameras still stay on! I even tried to reinitialise these automatisation settings, but the problem persists. All is really annoying as everything worked fine and I really like the products. But now it is just messed up. I would be very thankful for any advice. Many thanks in advance!

Hello,  I see other posts on this forum of people reporting similar behavior.   Hopefully some of them will chime in as to how they fixed it.   But if not you might try opening an official support ticket and speak with an actual Google Tech person.
