Nest camera and floodlight will not turn on

My flood light will no longer turn on. I have restarted it and completely removed the device and added it again. It makes a clicking sound like it is trying to turn on but doesn’t. I don’t think the lights are out because it randomly turned on once yesterday. How can I troubleshoot this?

• Do you have a wired or a wireless setup?
• Are you able to check the camera feed?
• Did you receive any notification from the Google Home app?
• Did you notice or experience any power outages recently?
• Can you see any light coming from the camera?

Once you provide me with that information, I will gather the right steps to make your camera work as expected.
