I just bought a nest cam indoor. My home wifi is provided by Telstra Gen 2 smart modem with dual band frequency 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz but defaulted at 5 GHz.
I've downloaded the Nest app and plug in the camera. But the camera cannot detect the wifi. I cannot proceed with the installation.
