Nest camera disappears and account will not let me add the cameras back

Last night I called Google nest because my nest camera disappeared from my account and I can not get them back I can't even get into my account. The rep I spoke to just told me to get new camera for reinstall the cameras and lose all the past history. I explained that I needed the pasted history and she said there was nothing they could do about it. I asked to speak to a supervisor at least 10 times and was told they would have to call back it took over 3 hours to call back I could not get to the phone.  I called today and spoke to a lady that kept putting me on hold and telling me what they told her she had no idea what to do. I asked to speak to tech support she said she was but she could not have been because she did not know how to retrieve my account or my camera information and then she said she needed both my son and my husband both who are working and my son lives over two hours away. when speaking with the lady I told her I would not give ownership to anyone else and lose all the past history and she said that is the only thing that she new what to do. she then hung up on me.

I'm just another Google Nest customer.

Is it possible that you are inadvertently logging into the Google Nest app with the wrong username and password? That would explain why you suddenly cannot see your camera.

If that's not the case, I don't know what to suggest.

No I have the account saved so no I could not have login with the wrong information and this is the only account I have with nest

I was not suggesting that you had more than one Nest account, but rather that you somehow, inadvertently signed into the Google Nest app using the "Sign in with Nest" option, using a wrong username and password, causing you to log into a Google Nest "home/structure" that has no cameras.

I think it would be pretty extraordinary for a Google Nest camera to simply disappear from a Google Nest "home/structure" spontaneously, on its own.

Since you may not get other suggestions on what to do in this community forum, it might be worth it to try contacting Support again--in spite of your experiences so far, hoping to get someone this time who can walk through your case thoroughly and carefully.
