My cameras randomly turn off and on, even though I have disabled them to detect if I am home or not. In the screenshot below you can see I've turned on the camera but it still says the camera is off. Sometimes if I click it on or off a few times it works but then randomly turns off. Never had a problem until now and I have not changed my WiFi setup in any way. This works the same way on my Android phone or from my desktop. I've tried unplugging the cameras and plugging them back in but same thing.

One other thing is that the same cameras keep turning off the option to automatically turn the camera on and off. I have set them all to "Off" but they seem to go back to "On" all on their own.

Thanks!

Hello, Mjolnier Odinson.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue! I would love to look into this for you. I would make sure that your camera is receiving power, and a strong wifi signal. Make sure to restart your camera as well if you haven't yet.

My indoor Nest camera will no longer turn off when I am home. I cannot torn it off through my Android phone manually via the Nest app either. I guess Ishould unplug it and thros it out!
