I’ve had my camera for a year now and it has had issues on and off.Recently it just turned off and went offline. I went through the troubleshooting through google and they have told me it was a faulty camera.
since then management has yet to get back to me and after trying to reach out to google with my case number they put me on hold and eventually hang up
