My cameras will only record still images and not video. How can I set this up to playback video?

Thanks for visiting the Community.
We offer two types of recording for Aware subscriptions: continuous 24/7 video recording, and event video recording, where the camera or doorbell only saves video when activity is detected. Check out this link for additional information.
