My camera has not power. But my lights turn on when I flip the breaker, I can charge my camera and it will turn on but no power the wire

Is it the cord or something hooked up wrong

With the floodlight camera, if there is a switch on the camera's electrical circuit, the switch should be on at all times, though Google Nest never seems to state that explicitly anywhere. The camera is designed to be receiving household current at all times.
Are you certain that the floodlight fixture is wired correctly?
What do you mean by "no power the wire"?

@MplsCustomer The cord that comes from the fixture to the actual camera. The camera has no power but the light does

Hello everyone,
@Stin84, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, is this newly installed? Is there any damage to the gold pins on the charger from the floodlight? Who installed it? Try checking if there's any damage on the charger cable from the floodlight.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Emerson

I'm still confused. You said you can charge your camera and the camera will turn on, both of which require that the camera is receiving electrical power, so what do you mean "no power the wire"?
Are these installation instructions of any help?
