In 2019 I set up my camera in my holiday home overseas. Then Covid hit. Then I retired in 2020. I have no idea what my old e-mail address or the password was. Now in Feb 2022 I am back in the holiday home
so how can I re establish my camera without this info?
please help

Hi there,
I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. I am afraid that we are not able to locate that information for you. You will need to try and change your password, or just log into the Nest or Google Home app with your different emails to see which email your Home is connected too.
