Nest camera

Hi we lost video history for about 9 hours throughout the night. Is there any way near can retrieve video that we lost?

How did you lose video history for 9 hours? Was your camera off or the power out? If that's the case, then Google Nest can't retrieve the video because they didn't receive it.

Do you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription?
