Hi all,
we’ve had the outdoor cameras and doorbell for many years, recording footage. With the recent changes with subscription, I have started paying the £6 per month to record but the cameras are still not recording - can not view footage.
any advice on how I can view footage and it not just showing stills?

Is your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your cameras and doorbell are installed, and on the same Google Account you are using to log into the Google Nest app? (I'm assuming, since you referred to outdoor cameras and a doorbell that you've had for many years, and were previously receiving only still shots, that you have 1st gen Google Nest cameras and a doorbell.)
