Not receiving Notifications when doorbell is pressed

No matter what setting I choose, I am not receiving doorbell notifications on my android phone. I've set up and allowed all permissions,  I have done this through Google Home app.  Not working.

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear you're not receiving notifications from your Nest Doorbell (battery). I'd be happy to assist you.

Before proceeding with troubleshooting, please provide the information requested below:

    • Confirm that your Nest Doorbell is the battery version.
    • Are you signed into the app?
    • Is the device detecting events?
    • Did you receive any push or email notifications?
    • Have you checked your spam folder for email notifications?
    • Has anything changed in your environment?
    • Is the Airplane or Do Not Disturb mode turned off or on?
    • Did you try to use a different mobile device?
    • Is this inconvenience constant or intermittent?
