Hello. I have 4 nest cameras in total. 2 indoors and 2 outdoors. I am subscribed to nest aware as well. However, all of a sudden the cameras when recording, I cannot view the playback. I can view live no problem, I also see that they are storing videos of motion or sound, but I am unable to get it to even try to play them back. It just goes to a still frame of the detection. I have deleted the app completely and reinstalled. Still nothing. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Does your Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription show as active here?

Which specific cameras do you have?
If you go to Settings | Subscriptions in the Google Home app, does it show your subscription?
If you go to Settings | Nest Aware in the Google Nest app, does it show your subscription?
You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

@Ak96, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Were you able to read the information and perform the steps that MplsCustomer has shared? Also, how many home structures do you have? You can apply your subscription to one home structure. You can check it with the link shared above.
