Nest cameras

Trying to set up nest wireless cameras at my store. Tried using iPhone and Android to set up. Goes all the way thru even connects to wifi then goes to finishing up and never gets past that. Always comes back with a problem with communicating with Google error. Please help.

Hello,  I'm an end user like you.

One thing that comes to mind is what email address are you using to sign into the Google Home account?  It MUST be a simple GMAIL account and can not be a G-SUITE account.

What kind of WIFI router do you have?  Is it a Google Mesh router?  If so there are a few setting you may need to change.

Other than that I would suggest calling and speaking with a GOOGLE NEST tech over the phone.  They are there 24/7. You start by opening a support ticket and as you answer the questions there will be an option to speak to an actual person.

I had a similar problem recently with a first generation doorbell Google Nest camera. I tried everything and could never get it to connect properly, either with the Nest application and with the Google Home application. I finally traded my first generation doorbell camera for a second generation doorbell camera. With the 2nd generation camera (which is indicated as so on the box), this camera connected immediatly during the seting up procedure. 

On the box of the first generation doorbell camera, it is not specified as being so.
