I cannot create a Nest Aware account because my name was misspelled when I entered it into a new account. I now get message "Only misspelled name can buy subscription for this home." How do I correct that so I can add 4 cams to a different or new Nest Aware account?

I think you need to speak with an actual Google Tech person. The way to do that is open a support ticket and after you answer the questions there is an option for a phone call. Here is the link....

Thank you, I did as you suggested. Problem understood now. Not sure it's worth the effort to correct. One has to rescan the each device.

Glad you got it going. I pay for the $12/month subscription and I really love the 24/7 recording. All cameras on the market tend to miss trigger on a motion alert or start the recording too late or end it too early. So this feature alone has come in handy for me numerous times.
