Have tried setting up Nest Cam Indoor device using entering six digit code manually, because QR code was thrown away with box after mounting in first home. Each time I get as far as the page that says 'Choose the last 4 digits of your camera's serial number' - but cannot get any further. Status of the camera is green dosent show any other color cannot add the device to NEST app at all and google home says must add in nest app.

I think you need to speak with an actual Google Tech person. The way to do that is open a support ticket and after you answer the questions there is an option for a phone call. Here is the link....

Since it seems you're trying to re-install this camera on a new Wi-Fi network in a new home, did you first remove the camera from the Google Nest app and do a factory reset?
