Hello, my nest account is linked to old phone number and I can’t log in to change number. How do I receive verification code if I don’t have access to old number. I have a Nest camera as shown in photos. Error message saying devise is linked but can’t do anything

Since Google Nest does not have any process for your situation, you might need to do a factory reset and re-install it.
If that doesn't work, you could try the process Google Nest suggested on this thread:

Thanks for posting and for sharing what you’ve done to have your concern resolved.
The Nest Cam Indoor doesn’t have a reset button. To unlink the Nest device from the old account and connect it to a new one, follow the steps below:

Hi neither worked. The reset bottom does nothing when pushed.
