I don't have any other suggestions, except to try contacting Support. Google Nest's "something went wrong" error message is not very helpful.
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

If you have the 2nd gen Google Nest Battery Cameras installed in the Google Home app, you could try a factory reset and then reinstall them in the Google Home app.
Here are the instructions; be sure to use the "Factory reset" instructions and not the "Restart" instructions:

Hi There
its a wired camera ,ive tried resetting the router, camera, thermostat, smoke detector.
It always says something went wrong 18.1 which is a connectivity issue.
I replaced my router with a new one and used same SSID and password.
Any suggestions
