Nest door camera recognizes the familiar faces ( that are already in the library) but without names

This means, the familiar faces that already in teh library have names 

Next used to recognize the familiar face when it detects it and send out a notification with teh name of teh person that it finds in teh library of familiar names 

Right now it only sends out a notification saying " Familiar face was detected" no names gives - although the name is in the library. It happens repeatedly to multiple people including myself -

Anyone can shed some light ?

Not got an answer but I'm here as I have exactly the same problem...

I'm hoping the someone has a solution that works for us!

I opened a case with google support and they had to escalate to teh engineering team 

After couple of days they were able to fix the issue.

@simonbennett227, what type of Nest Camera do you have? Also, do you have a Nest Aware subscription?
